Dr. Wallapa Suengkamolpisut is a Lecturer in International Business at Mahidol University International College, Mahidol University, Thailand. She holds a DBA from the University of Bradford, UK; an MSc in Leadership and International Management from the University of Kalmar, Sweden; and a Master of Management in Human Resource Management from Mahidol University.
With over 20 years of experience in strategic human resource management, she has held senior corporate positions and served as an advisor and consultant. She teaches Management, Strategic HRM, and Leadership and Change Management. Her research focuses on strategic HRM, employee well-being, talent management, organisational behaviour, and management education, with an emphasis on bridging theory and practice.
