Mark Adam is a University Lecturer at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Mark holds three degrees: an MBA from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and two degrees in the sciences. He became an educator, later in life, after a career in business as a dynamic, results-oriented executive with experience establishing innovative leading- edge products and programs.
Having spent most of his career in high technology, his interests include how to leverage technology with communication skills to prepare students for success in their education and careers.

Temur Shengelia is a full professor of Tbilisi State University, head of the Department of Interna onal Business, adviser to the Minister of Finance of Georgia. He has been elected as a member of the Interna onal Academy of Business and Economics, the Georgian Business Academy. He founded the Center for Social and Economic Studies. T. Shengelia is the author of more than 120 scien fic works. His research areas are: problems of global business, interna onal trade, interna onal investments. For special achievements in the scien fic and pedagogical field, he was awarded the President’s Medal, the Gold Medal of Tbilisi State University.

Moustapha Badran earned his Doctorate in Economic Sciences from the University of Montpellier. The author’s strong command and knowledge of the main financial and economic theoretical frameworks have led to his earning multiple scholarships and awards. He currently is at the University of Montpellier as a Temporary Teaching and Research Associate. His research interests include corporate finance, financial crises, and capital structure. Dr. Mohamed Awada
Mohamed Awada earned his PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Montpellier. In his thesis, he examined the interrelationships between energy supply, public debt, and growth applied to a group of European countries. His research interests include finance, and energy economics with a focus on European countries. His teaching expertise covers several subjects especially corporate finance, and financial analysis.

Sunil Sapra is a Professor of Economics and Statistics at California State University, Los Angeles. He has also taught at State University of New York at Buffalo and International School of Management, Paris and has been an ASA/NSF/Census Fellow at the United States Bureau of the Census, Washington D.C. He earned his Ph.D. in Econometrics from Columbia University, New York. The main areas of his research are Econometrics and Statistics. His current research focuses on nonlinear and nonparametric regression and time series analysis, high-dimensional data analysis, robust estimation (especially high-breakdown point estimation), semi-parametric estimation of econometric models, resampling techniques, and the counting process approach to transition data analysis. He has published more than 80 articles in statistics and econometrics journals. His research on semi-parametric econometrics, missing data problems, nonlinear statistical and econometric models, robust statistical procedures, limited dependent variables and duration data analysis has been published in journals. He teaches Econometrics, Business Statistics, Forecasting, and International Economics. His research has been cited widely in statistics and econometrics textbooks and journals. He has been listed in Who’s Who among American Teachers and Educators (11th Edition, 2007). He received the Outstanding Professor Award from California State University, Los Angeles in 2003.
