The 4th ICABME was supposed to take place on 16-18 July 2021 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. But, due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, oral speakers of the conference announced their decision to be shifted to virtual presentation mode. Therefore, the organizing committee decided to hold the conference entirely online.
The Amsterdam conference analyzed systemic shifts, consumer sentiment during uncertainty, and effective strategies for crisis communication and leadership in a digitally connected world. Scholars and researchers from Indonesia, Croatia, Turkey, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and more, came together to tackle the various related issues.
